This package covers one event up to 3 hours. It includes a social media photographer, who will take pictures and post photos to your social media channels. It also includes strategic planning such as who to tag, hashtags, and links to alliance social media. It includes free use of all photos, which are provided after the event.
Event Hype on Social Media
Events are the perfect content for social media. Photos of people involved in your event are excellent opportunities to hype your story – who you are, who you know, what you do, and who is involved. Light a fire that others can share and go viral! We send a social media photographer to your event to represent you. Prior to the event we research your market and come prepared with alliances to tag, trending hashtags, and a concept of your goals from the event. We take photos of people and encourage them to follow you and share the photos. We capture keynote speakers with authenticity, and can tag them or their organization if they are on social media.
Perhaps best of all, you have someone you can count on to be there on the spot. We provide you a cell phone number so you can stay in contact throughout the event. You may find a VIP you want candid shots with for your social media! You may discover vital information you want shared immediately, such as last minute event changes or parking issues. You may see opportunities you hadn’t thought of. You don’t know what you don’t know, and when you need to share, we are there to help.
Your package includes one hour of social media consulting to help you determine the best coverage. We discuss whether going live with video would be helpful. We take a look at your social media channels and make suggestions such as the value of live tweeting.
Your package includes live coverage for up to three hours. Your social media person will log into your social media accounts and act as your PR experts to share photos and news on the spot. After the event, we provide you a dropbox file with all our pictures, which you are free to use in any way.
This all inclusive package is a marketing consult, live coverage, and a photographer, all in one!
Please note this price includes our travel and expense within the Los Angeles DMA. If you need coverage elsewhere, we will need to coordinate travel and expense with you.
